I found Rutter to be very professional. I was able to work through the estimate process smoothly with a Rutter salesman answering all of my questions promptly. The crew headed by Shawn was courteous and went out of their way to limit the mess on a very large project (siding, gutters, roof, front door, and skylights). I was happy with the results and have no regrets going with Rutter on my recent project.

The Rutter team replaced posts on my porch, and the new posts are perfectly matched to the existing posts and my house siding (done by Rutter years ago along with the roof). Project Manager Chris outlined the project details to the team and periodically verified that all was on-track. We had several projects that were completed by Rutter. Some were roofing related, some were siding related and all were handled well. Chris and Tim made sure that both teams arrived on time and worked diligently. The crews took precautions not to make a mess inside while replacing skylights and cleaned up well outside when they were all done each day.
