I've used Rutter for a ton of exterior work on my house, the latest is installing 2 large windows in the back of my house with a kitchen remodel that's starting. Greg, Chris, and Ron were great from the beginning coordinating all of the work, and giving me tons of ideas on different configurations of the windows (whether to go with 1 giant or multiples, types of grilles, etc). We had severe wind damage to our home's roof and Colin came out quickly to examine, provided an estimate, and did some temporary repairs almost immediately. I just had windows by Rutter Roofing. Great experience thanks to Cory Rutter and project manager, Ron M. All the windows were replaced in one day by a very efficient crew. All the crew were very nice and did a thorough job cleaning up at the end of the project.

We first hired them to fix a leaky roof in 2023. They were excellent, ontime, etc. So we then hired them for a much bigger job: turn our carport roof into a real deck, with stylish railing and steps into the backyard. There were delays due to supplies that were delayed, and the staircase subcontractor was booked for many weeks ahead, but Chris was a great project manager, kept things moving and the whole team was neat and careful. I replaced my roof at my previous house years ago and worked with Horace. Everything went perfectly. I needed some minor repairs on my new house recently and once again worked with Horace.
