The good, the bad and the ugly... Good is price. They came in less than the other three estimates for our total roof replacement. We had a slate roof on top of cedar which all had to go before new roof installed. The bad... We were a $35,000 job and the foreman, Jay was nowhere to be found most of the time. Rutter was terrific—cannot recommend them enough. Had another company (Hynes) put on a whole new roof -5 years ago and have had continuous leaks ever since that they refused to solve for. Rutter came out the day after we called, did multiple visits before we signed the contract to ensure that they had the right solution to solve the problem for good, and were able to figure out the mistakes in the original roofing job and correct them in just one day.
