The company installed our gutter incorrectly which caused water to flow towards the building. We were made aware of this when another contractor had to replace something on the roof and noticed the wood was beginning to rot. I had this fixed and called Ritter for a refund. The response from Mike Avellino was “deal with it” and he hung up. I’m sure the company does good work, however we had a poor experience so I wouldn’t recommend them at this time. Rutter's did a great job on our siding, gutter, and window project. The friendly crew braved the recent snow/ice storm to finish the job quickly and carefully. They even had to shovel around the house to clear a space to work. Shawn McClellan did a fantastic job of keeping us informed about the progress, meeting our needs, and supervising the entire project, which used three siding options.
