We had contacted Rutter prior to the Covid stay at home order as we had a leak in our roof. Horace came out and gave us an estimate. He was really great and thorough. Answered all our questions. We proceeded to get other bids; however, for the quality, price, and peace of mind we went with Rutter. I previously had Rutter install a new roof for me, so I decided to use them for storm door and basement window replacement, too. They were great.
