My husband and I hired Rutter Roofing to a remodel of our entire house. They ripped everything down to the plywood sheathing. Installed new siding, soffit, window trim, gutters & fascia board. Horace was the first to start the process. He came out and met with us to understand what our vision for the house was. He took pictures measurements and created a full 3D mock-up of our house. Justin Armour and his crew were a pleasure to work with when they replaced our roof recently. They arrived on time each day and were careful to clean up at the end of each day. Used to be a happy customer, had siding and windows replaced several years ago. Not sure what changed, but it seems like they really don’t care about their customers. I wanted another window replaced and someone came into my house to take measurements - 14 MONTHS AGO!! - and I still have not received the estimate for what I want.
