This was the second major project that we used Rutter for in the past 6 months. We wanted to have an existing deck replaced and then expanded. The owner Cory provided us with several options which included pressure treated and two composite deck options. That was very helpful to see the difference in pricing options. We needed to repair a leaking roof over our garage, and replace the roof on the second story, and on two outbuildings. We also had them install new siding on the side of the house where we had the leak and new AZEK trim around our garage doors.
