We had our entire roof replaced by the Rutter team 3 years ago. They did a great job at a fair price. The team were quick, cleaned up well after the job and were respectful of our neighbors. Overall we’re very happy with the roof and it looks great after 3 years. The reason for 4 stars, not 5, was the guttering. This part of the job was sub contracted out by Rutter and we’ve had issues with leaking and general poor fitting on the house, which have needed repair. The garage (2 stories) now needs ... Read more

Rutter recently completed a project to remove our stucco exterior and to install new JamesHardie siding. I can understand why this company receives so many positive reviews -- they are terrific! We hired Rutter for the massive job of removing our stucco from all around our house and replacing it with a beautiful siding. They also replaced a huge window, front door, and sliding glass door.
