The owner Cory provided us with several options which included pressure treated and two composite deck options. That was very helpful to see the difference in pricing options. Rutter did the entire exterior of our home including new Pella windows due to stucco failure. The work is exceptional and the new look of the house is amazing. The new James Hardie siding gives the house a solid feel. We were very concerned about doing this project is the dead of winter. I was promised by John to start the project (1 day of work) in 4 weeks. I was clear that the work needed to be completed before my house went on the market. Finally 11 weeks later I get contacted by Justin to schedule the job. But here's the kicker, I'm scheduled to sell the home in 6 days. There is no reason to do any work on the home. What a disaster of schedule and communicating. And guess what - the deposit is non refundable. Total disappointment!!!
