After the below review and a terse email, the senior production coordinator contacted me within hours to schedule installation for the next day. The installer was very professional and the windows look great.
It seems they have some communication challenges especially between them and their Pella rep. Even after several conversations between myself and their windows production manager, the original order was mis-handled (they ordered 3 instead of 6), they mis-estimated installation time... Read more
