I was promised by John to start the project (1 day of work) in 4 weeks. I was clear that the work needed to be completed before my house went on the market. Finally 11 weeks later I get contacted by Justin to schedule the job. But here's the kicker, I'm scheduled to sell the home in 6 days. There is no reason to do any work on the home. What a disaster of schedule and communicating. And guess what - the deposit is non refundable. Total disappointment!!!
