Contacted company after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor, had someone come out to provide a quote on replacing two exhaust vent covers in the soffit which were already there but needed to be replaced. The vent covers cost no more then $20 each and it would have taken no more than 30 minutes to replace both of them, we had assumed that there would be a charge for a site visit if they were to do the work but we received an excessive quote that makes no sense. Had 8am appraisal for new roofing and 2 leaks around window areas. Recieved a call at 835am that i missed because i was working. Recieved email saying the apppraiser was late and that i could reschedule the following week. I had the appointment for almost 2 weeks and my wife made it a point to be waiting that morning. First impression is the lasting impression. If they cant make a simple appointment on time, what are the odds the job gets completed on schedule? No thanks, plenty of other roofer... Read more

Their estimate was thorough, pricing was fair, crew was clean and respectful, and they did an excellent job. They took very good care of us during the Covid-19 pandemic.
