Both John and Tom were here when they said they would be and finished the project much quicker than I thought it would take. We selected Rutter for our roof replacement when we found out we had a ventilation problem. They were easily the best contractor we’ve worked with across many projects. Their estimate was thorough, pricing was fair, crew was clean and respectful, and they did an excellent job. They took very good care of us during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is clear that Rutter is a well run company that respects and values its customers. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had contacted Rutter prior to the Covid stay at home order as we had a leak in our roof. Horace came out and gave us an estimate. He was really great and thorough. Answered all our questions. We proceeded to get other bids; however, for the quality, price, and peace of mind we went with Rutter.
