The operations manager, Robert, was super throughout our purchase and installation. This job was not without challenges. One of our doors arrived warped and this was not detected until it was being installed. We were told warranty would cover but the manufacturer tried to say it was within tolerance. Long story short Sash and Sill made it happen and we finally got our door! Two thumbs up to Robert.
