We didn’t have an appointment; yet they made time for us and answered our questions about switching from sliders to French doors. They were able to give us a ballpark figure for a custom size door that let us know if it was something we should pursue. We went to two other places for estimates before Sash and Sill.     Fair price right up front, no haggling to get to our target price based on two other estimates.. PGT windows are a trusted brand and Sill and Sash have reliable in-house installers. I recommend them. This is our second installation with them.
