To remove two existing layers of shingles, add 7/16 OSB over existing 3/8 plywood, install landmark shingles , install CertaiTeed accessories. Remove existing gutters and install new, reinstall gutter screens.

Paint foundation cinder block.

Remove fallen tree from rear roof, repair damage rafters and sheathing, remove damage gutters, removed damaged Fascia and siding.

Replace existing shingles with Landmark Pro Weathered wood, Paint fascia and siding, replace 6 seamless gutters and downspouts.

Remove and replaced water damaged drywall and insulation, paint entire bedroom.
