Schoenherr roofing did a great job tearing off and replacing the 26 year old shingles, including all the OSB, on my house and detached garage. I received 3 other estimates before them and without knowing the other estimate amounts, they beat them by $10,000-12,000 for the exact same work to be accomplished.
