Like so many homeowners, I was dreading the day when I was going to replace my roof. I chose to go with Schoenherr Roofing because it's a local company, and they have an amazing track record. Our rep Austin was a great guy, very down to earth and gave us options that were best for us. Recently had a new roof installed. The roof is beautiful and the installation went smoothly. Nate was patient and knowledgeable, helping me select the color and especially explaining the process and answering my questions, and walking me through financing and payment options. Overall experience with great . Crew installing the roof seem thorough , communication was good. Clean up was good. Only think is the price, which i think was on the higher side. In the end , very happy and satisfied with the team and work.

I would like to thank Schoenherr Roofing (SR) for completing my roof and passing the city inspection. That being said, I'm VERY unhappy that (SR) made us jump through hoops for 11 months trying to get our roof project completed properly. During the installation of the "deck-air" intake ventilation system, (SR) broke 1 roof truss in half and cut into 10 other trusses, compromising the structural integrity of our home.
