We are so happy with our new roof. Schoenherr Roofing scheduled a roofing specialist within 2 days of my phone call. Ben was so polite and professional, did a thorough inspection, and provided us with an estimate in one visit. After signing a contract, he stated it would be about 4-6 weeks for our roof. The staff was very great! When we sat down to get a quote it was a very no pressure sit down. We had a couple of other quotes and the sales guys just seemed way to pushy in wanting us to sign and not worry about other quotes. This wasn’t the case with this company. The work was done fast and looked amazing when done. I appreciate that the project manager came back out thoroughly made sure there was nothing left in the yard. Any future work needed I know the company I’ll be calling first!
A quote should feel like a conversation, Joshua, not a sales pitch, so we're glad the sit down was a hassle free one. The project manager coming back to walk the yard is how we finish every job, and it's good to hear it stood out. Knowing who you'd call first next time is the part that means the most.
