I contacted Schoenherr Roofing for an estimated on replacing my roof. They sent David Schafer to my residence. Dave explained his process. He entered the attic and videoed while speaking the issues he sees. He then got on my roof and videoed everything. I also had the shed looked at. Everything on a two story colonial goes up by hand, and that's the part of the day most homeowners never think about until they watch it happen. Good prep work to protect plants and windows before work started. Great roofing crew, polite, hard working. Thorough cleanup at end of job. PM and office provided excellent communications and status. Overall very pleased with the job.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Exterior Specialist, David Schafer, came out to give an estimate. He went up on the roof and also went up in the attic and took lots pictures. He also compiled a 6 minute video showing the problem areas and explained how these problems would be taken care of. Extremely thorough. David bookending the job with video, one showing what was wrong and one showing it resolved, is what makes this review stand out. A six minute walkthrough of your own roof is hard to argue with. Josh picked it up from there, explaining the sequence up front and going back into the attic the next day. Between them you had eyes on that roof three times before anyone called it finished. Glad nothing fell through the cracks, and thanks for a review this generous with detail.
