From the beginning we have had great communication from the company. The sales manager came out and spent time with my husband and I discussing what types of shingles to install, the paper that was going to be used and he listened to my concerns regarding ice build up in front of my home, how we wanted our pitch to be shingled, and a ridge vent installed. Roof installation was ok, clean up adequate, dumpster haul off timely. Duct work and fan venting did not go as requested, ended up resolving the issues myself. Unhappy customer

We had a really good experience with Schoenherr Roofing. We found them to be very responsive and communicated really well all along the process. We had to delay a little due to a death in the family and they were considerate, supportive, and expressed their condolences and prayers which was so surprising from a company but was greatly appreciated and showed the personal touch this company has.
