Jeremy and Tom are also awesome making sure our roof vent that was crushed by a tree in a big storm just days after the roof was finished was replaced. They have incredible customer service! Great until they weren’t. I had both the roof, siding, and gutters replaced on my house/garage (1400sq ft, $44,000). Roofers came back to fix issues that wouldn’t pass inspection, promptly. Siding guys left several gaps and exposures on the siding/sheet metal work, of which they came out promptly to repair/fix/replace but left, what I’m assuming were all of the nails from the previous siding and new siding.
