Disappointed and unsatisfied. I am a disabled veteran and was told the company loves veterans. Apparently they just love the money. The gutter guards installed are ineffective and majorly clogged. Customer service is a joke. It took 2 weeks before they replied to me and it was a screen shot from their suppliers website. We needed some roof repairs after purchasing a new home. Initially hired in early April and was scheduled to complete repairs on April 19. The crew did not arrive at scheduled time and when we called to inquire about their whereabouts we were told they were having car trouble and would be on their way shortly. This is a great company! They let me know what they were doing every step of the way and even finished the job in a day! They made sure that nothing was trampled on the outside and did a great clean up when the job was done. They even took pictures before, during and after and showed them too me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.
Never used this company but came across one of their employees on 30 east in Galion Ohio and I was merging on from an on ramp and he would not get over to allow me on when there was no traffic coming, he then flew past me recklessly. Just based on his driving, defintely not a company id even recommend for roofing needs 🤷🏻♀️
