Schoenherr replaced my roof in fall 2024. On Saturday, 3/15/25, I discovered the metal cap blew off my chimney. I’ve made multiple calls and sent pictures. The operator took my call and said a manager would call me back. It’s been 5 days and still no call beck. I hope I don’t have animals running down my chimney. This is so frustrating.

I was extremely impressed with Schoenherr Roofing. Every person I came in contact with throughout the roof replacement had the highest level of professionalism and kindness. I was a little stressed thinking about the replacement as far as the mess, noise, and time spent under construction. Schoenherr Roofing completed the install in one day, cleaned everything, and followed up with an inspection the following days. I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing.
