Keith K. from Schoenherr Roofing recently corrected the routing for the vent exhaust in our master bathroom. The original home builder routed the vent exhaust into the attic space, instead of to the exterior of the house. Kenny installed a new insulated exhaust duct and roof cap. Keith and Dustin came out for warranty work on the roof today which was installed in October 2023 and we are very pleased. They did a full wellness check on the roof from outside and went in the attic in addition to shingle repairs done. Pleasant demeanor and very friendly.
