Schoenherr Roofing did a solid job presale and the job itself was done in one day. The consulting right up until the job was done was 4 or 5 star for sure. However, one bathroom was not vented (which is against code) and after at least 10 prompts, most not returned, we are officially being ignored. Please note, a simple call back and promise of a specific date the job will be done, even if out a bit, would be fine. Instead, we are receiving no feedback and it's wrong.
Justin came to my mothers house for that we suspected might be having a roof leak. He was very professional and professional and I could tell by his explanations of what he was looking for and testing that he had a great deal of knowledge. In addition I recognized he also wore roofers boots that have soft felt type soles that give roofers good grip but most importantly don’t damage the roofing shingles during install and inspection.
