Was referred by a friend, was excited to get photos from the project manger that all looked good. Then I got in the attic and roof.
Had I not walked on my roof after the project was complete, I would’ve had shingles with holes, broken shingles, caulk that was done by a first grader, and nails through the trim. Schoenherr Roofing is a five star company. This company did vinyl siding and aluminum trim on my house and detached garage. I used their online calculator for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable. I have had estimates from other companies that were $20k -$40k overpriced. Tina called to schedule an appointment for the actual quote. Jeff came out and thoroughly inspected my roof, quoted me on what needed to be replaced and not one shingle more. It was a breath of fresh air to hear that I only needed to replace 1/3 of my roof and not the whole thing. When I asked him about taking the "after" pics from the attic, he came out on his day off to make sure I had the necessary photos for my insurance claim. I would HIGHLY recommend Schoenherr Roofing and if you can ask for Jeff!!!
