When we had a roof put on a few years back we informed the company we were adding a garage and asked them not to lay shingles on one side to tarp it because they would be ripping them off when building the garage. We were told tarping it would void our warranty that they had to lay the shingles. We chose Schoenerr based on the sales professional that gave us a complete analysis as to our roof condition and what they would do for the roofing project. Everything that was quoted was professionally done in an extremely timely manner. Our roof was in bad condition and required a complete decking tear off and re-roofing. Two days and it was done. My yard was clean and everything that they said was done. Great job and we will recommend them highly.
