Excellent experience from start to finish. Exterior Specialist, David Schafer, came out to give an estimate. He went up on the roof and also went up in the attic and took lots pictures. He also compiled a 6 minute video showing the problem areas and explained how these problems would be taken care of. Extremely thorough.
