Excellent experience from start to finish. Exterior Specialist, David Schafer, came out to give an estimate. He went up on the roof and also went up in the attic and took lots pictures. He also compiled a 6 minute video showing the problem areas and explained how these problems would be taken care of. Extremely thorough. Hi Ryan Schoenherr, please give your guy/s Matt Brumm a commendation for his commitment to resolve my issue. A very special thanks and my gratitude should be given to Tom and Steve for their patience and the expert job they did for fixing my issue!!!!! It should be noted that my neighbor across the street hired Schoenherr after watching my roof being replaced. This is how Matt and I met and when he sprung into action to address my issue.
