Great until they weren’t. I had both the roof, siding, and gutters replaced on my house/garage (1400sq ft, $44,000). Roofers came back to fix issues that wouldn’t pass inspection, promptly. Siding guys left several gaps and exposures on the siding/sheet metal work, of which they came out promptly to repair/fix/replace but left, what I’m assuming were all of the nails from the previous siding and new siding. Chad with schoenherr roofing was AMAZING. There were a couple of understandable dings in the scheduling due to the weather but it all worked out! We even received thank-you cookies! We had our roof inspected inside the attic and out and found out we needed new trusses and a full redeck. The crew showed up at 7am and stayed the entire day! They left at 9pm that night getting everything completed! What a team! We got follow up photos of every step the workers were doing! I highly recommend working... Read more

There was a tree branch that fell on my roof and it damaged my shingles but thankfully didn’t go through the boards. I called Schoenherr Roofing to see if they would cover the damage through their Warranty and they did free of charge. A big thank you to Jeremy and Dustin for helping me out.
