Was referred by a friend, was excited to get photos from the project manger that all looked good. Then I got in the attic and roof.
Had I not walked on my roof after the project was complete, I would’ve had shingles with holes, broken shingles, caulk that was done by a first grader, and nails through the trim. Schoenherr Roofing is a five star company. This company did vinyl siding and aluminum trim on my house and detached garage. I used their online calculator for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable. I have had estimates from other companies that were $20k -$40k overpriced. Tina called to schedule an appointment for the actual quote.
