Schoenherr replaced my roof in fall 2024. On Saturday, 3/15/25, I discovered the metal cap blew off my chimney. I’ve made multiple calls and sent pictures. The operator took my call and said a manager would call me back. It’s been 5 days and still no call beck. I hope I don’t have animals running down my chimney. This is so frustrating.
