Korey, Richard, Chris, Bryan and Josh did all the preparation for the roofing project. Because of their outstanding work, the day of the project started and ended without a hitch. Schoenherr roofing did a great job tearing off and replacing the 26 year old shingles, including all the OSB, on my house and detached garage. I received 3 other estimates before them and without knowing the other estimate amounts, they beat them by $10,000-12,000 for the exact same work to be accomplished. Tearing off 26 year old shingles and replacing all the OSB on a house and detached garage is a big job, Daniel, and finishing the install in a single day says a lot about that crew. New roof was installed over the weekend. Went with a lighter color this time. Owens Corning sand castle. Much thanks to Schoenherr Roofing for the excellent job. The detailing is exquisite. If you could look from the top down extra time and effort was made in the design. They match the custom brick on my house perfectly. Lighter shingle against that brick was the right call, Richard, and the crew clearly took their time getting the details to line up. We'll pass the compliment along. A full tear off and install inside one day only happens when everyone is in sync, so that's a credit to them. Neighbors pulling over to ask about it is the best kind of advertising.
