Follow-up after service: What an exceptional service experience! Dustin was scheduled to come out and arrived at our house on time. He let me know he would be a couple of minutes late, as he was stopping by Home Depot to pick up something for the job. He came in, was friendly and kind, covered his shoes, went straight to work, showed me completed work pictures, and cleaned up after himself when leaving.
