The process of going through getting the estimate and being told how the project would be handled was good. Unfortunately after that things were very disappointing. I was told I would meet with a project manager and walk through the entire thing, that never happened in fact I never met the project manager, I rearranged my work schedule to meet and he was a no show. We are very happy with the work done by Schoenherr Roofing. These days, it’s hard to find contractors who deliver the results they promise, but this one really did. From start to finish, they were courteous, professional and no details were overlooked while the work was being done (location of the roof allowed us to witness this)! You can trust Chad and the crew from Schoenherr to do your job right!

Justin from Schoenherr Roofing came today and fixed a chimney flashing leak issue we had at our Condo. He also inspected our entire roof and made some recommendations for additional chimney work that we should consider in the near future. Justin was very professional and courteous and completed his work on a very timely basis. Thank you Justin.

Everything about this experience was phenomenal. Ben (the sales rep) spent a lot of time with me explaining what I needed, the construction methods they use, and what each step of the process would be. He even came out to check again when another estimate tried to tell me I had something I didn't, and was available to answer all my questions while I was deciding between estimates.
