Technician arrived, I explained my concerns/issue. He quickly added a piece of flashing to fill the void. He climbed on the roof and checked all of the other little niches in the returns and found no other openings. In and out in 15 mins. Nice polite young guy.
The entire process of quote to complete was done vey effectively, efficiently, and professionally. The installers did a wonderful job, I was getting continuous updates on the progress, post installation support has been outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business with Schoenherr Roofing.
