Good interactions on front end sales side with knowledgeable individual. Was content with quality of materials, overall package and price. Materials and dumpster arrival huge timeframes were difficult to plan around. Did job in one day which is good in some ways bad in others. Sloppy cleanup occurred at or around sunset, with roof debris left on siding, stuck in windows and trees, minor damage to deck furniture that wasn’t properly protected, and a couple metal staples on deck. Schoenherr Roofing went above and beyond (pun intended!). Every interaction with every employee was top-notch (pun intended!). From Ryan the Sales Person, to Chad the Project Manager Person, to Lisa the Paperwork Person, to Luis and his team, the Roofing Installation Persons—everyone put on a peak performance (pun intended!). Just like Jesus told Peter not to forgive seven times, but seventy-seven times, likewise, I would recommend Schoenherr Roofing not seven times, but seventy-seven times!
