First time getting a roof done. Kinda nervous only because I have bad luck. I must say I’m glad I picked Schoenherr. Smooth process. Sales pitch was excellent. Financing option is excellent. Shoutout to the guys actually doing the work. That’s hard work. I’ve been a mechanic for over 20 years and let me tell you, after watching these guys, I can’t imagine being a roofer. Had an issue with a refund owed my way. I can’t lie I was really frustrated and even had a bad review published. Ended up on the phone with Caleb. There was some initial clearing up but in the end Caleb admitted to any mistakes made and went a step further and called jointly with me to clear up any missing money with the insurance company that was owed to me.
