Our house had a leak in our foyer. Mark came out twice. He navigated the obstacle course of our attic and found no possible leaks. While in the attic he noticed some loose screws on the duct work. He re-tighten the screws. Mark was very prompt and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mark and Schram Roofing if you are having any roofing issues.

I had a terrible experience with the owner (& his deceptive family). His lack of integrity, lack of morals and character make me feel he is unfit to have any ounce of respect or business from others. If only his family and community knew the depth of lies in his life. Please stay clear of any business associated with the Schrams, there are much better, honest, people in the world to support.

I had a terrible experience with the owner. His lack of integrity, poor character and questionable morals and conduct make me think he is unfit to run a business. Please avoid Schram Roofing and Arvada Roofing at all costs, there are better companies and better people out there. They will delete this because they can't fake that 5⭐️ Because everyone that associates with Tracy also have almost no integrity. Please beware, these ppl are untrustworthy. (& unkind)

I've had Schram come to our home for two unrelated issues. In both instances, they were able to come to the house within a reasonable amount of time, inspected the roof and discussed the issues with me, and recommended the best path forward. No sales pitch for work that is not needed! Definitely my first call for any roofing issues.
