I worked with Jason Dubois on a situation involving a real estate transaction where the seller was required to replace the roof. He was so communicative throughout. He got me an estimate immediately, met with an insurance adjuster at the property and when that was denied, he clearly understood what was involved when the money from the seller's proceeds had to go into escrow.
