If I could go back in time, I would choose ANY other company......This company took 3 months after my roof install (in 30 degree weather) to return my calls letting them know they forgot to install my gutters, damaging my home and seriously inconveniencing my family. When we finally spoke to them again, they admitted they lost the guttering order, and said they had the wrong phone number and email and were supposably contacting someone else about my home. I had my roof replaced by Schroeder Roofing back in September. I noticed a minor problem on March 30. I emailed my original salesman and he had a guy come out the next day to fix it, quicker than what what I was told! The guy was punctual and very responsive. This is the second time I had Schroeder fix my roof and it's for their quality work and response!
