I received a fair price and quick turn around with the quote and installation. I had concerns with some of the existing framing, nailing and flashing. Dell it was a pleasure to work with you! Not only did I gain a customer but a new friend! I enjoyed giving you a quality roof in record time. We signed contracts on 3/23/2023 which was a Wednesday. On Friday the 24th we had you materials delivered. On Saturday the 25th we tore off the shingles and installed the ice and water, drip edge, and chimney flashings. Monday the 27th we passed the dry-in inspection. We then installed the shingles on that same day. Tuesday the 29th we passed the final inspection. Less then a week from start to finish. I met Jason at a building supply company & asked him if he would look at my roof for a repair after the hurricane. He promptly came at our agreed upon time. Two days later his crew did the repair to the hip of my roof. The following morning he got up on the roof to inspect the job. I got up there with him and we reviewed everything. I would recommend Schroeder Roofing without hesitation. Very true to his word, punctual and conscientious. Thank you Schroeder Roofing for a job well done!

Called several places for repairs after hurricane Ian and these guys were the most responsive and professional. They had my repairs completed within a couple weeks of initial contact. Super friendly and professional. I wouldn’t consider anyone else for roof work in the future. Call them! You won’t be disappointed.
