It was a pleasure to work with DJ on the estimate for my new roof and gutters. He was professional, had great knowledge to help me through the process. I recently had mentioned to two people that I was getting a new roof and who I was using. Both parties had also used Schroeder for their roof replacement and told me they were extremely happy with the service and work.

Schroeder replaced our roof and every step of he process was high quality. The quote was timely and very fair. Everything went as scheduled. Every time I called with questions to their office, the office staff was courteous and very helpful. Final work was excellent with no unexpected charges. Highly recommend.

Our roof suddenly started leaking 3 weeks before our first rental guests were showing up. Within two days of calling, we had the estimate signed, materials ordered, and scheduled to have all work completed when we needed it. Crews were professional and efficient. Don't know what we would have done had we needed to work with a different company. Definitely recommend!
