It was basically the exact same thing with my roof. Everything was good. They did it in a very punctual manner. We only got one price because I was so happy with the work they had done in my house it didn't matter what the price was as we were going to use them anyway.
I had written a request that they not install the roof in wet weather or in temperatures below 40 degrees F. The house is located near the ocean. It is a very windy location when the weather is bad. The day they started 3/21/13, there were snow flurries and a light rain. The second day, 3/22/13, was very cold and windy. All of the work was done well and in the correct order. With each section of work, the area was cleared of trash and debris. We would definitely have Seashore Construction back in the
future.
Seashore arrived two days after the storm which flooded the entire first floor. They removed all flooring and carpet, drywall and bedding and damaged furniture. All damaged items were removed by Seashore. After settlement with the insurance company they arrived and completed demolition of the entire first floor.
