Seashore Construction replaced my roof, attic fan and gutters. They did a great job. The roof looks beautiful and I am getting a lot of compliments on it. They returned all my calls promptly, showed up on time and cleaned up well. I will definitely be using them again in the future
Overall, we were very satisfied with the roofing work that they did. However, there was a delay in the supplies getting to us, so it took several days to do instead of just one day for the actual roofing. They contacted out the work for the gutter and fascia and that had to be done several times because the color didn't match.
Not sure of the exact date or exact cost I think last year sometime and cost is estimate of what I remember. It went well - they were responsive. We had to have them come back out because we had a leak that appeared after they had been here but they came back out and fixed it immediately.
