When we spoke, we explained that due to rising operational costs, including fuel, labor, and materials, we now have a $499 minimum service call. We also explained that running drain tubing would likely be better suited for a handyman. Our intention was actually to try to save you money by pointing you toward someone who could likely handle the issue more affordably, rather than charging you for a roofing service call that may not have been necessary. We certainly did not intend to make you feel like your concern was unimportant, and we’re sorry the conversation came across that way.
