They came a couple of years ago to tighten screws on a metal roof, did s fine job. Called them this year to see about a zinc strip on my shingled roof where ac drips, They sent a guy who said he would go see if they had any strips at the shop, never heard from him again. Called them and they told us essentially job wasn't worth their time. Make of thst what you will.

When we spoke, we explained that due to rising operational costs, including fuel, labor, and materials, we now have a $499 minimum service call. We also explained that running drain tubing would likely be better suited for a handyman. Our intention was actually to try to save you money by pointing you toward someone who could likely handle the issue more affordably, rather than charging you for a roofing service call that may not have been necessary.
