After conducting due diligence research, my family selected Shiner Exteriors to assess two leaks in our 20+ year-old roof. Shiner came back with a reasonable price for both a limited repair and a full-scale replacement. We opted for the full replacement. We also discovered a need to concurrently repair our two chimneys. Fantastic service from start to finish. Ryan came out and discussed the project for a new roof. He walked around my attic to check for leaks. There was no pushy sales pitch like other companies. He gave me the price and waited for me to contact him instead of hassling me to sign. The project took 4 days and looks amazing. We had no hidden fees or any issues. I would definitely recommend Shiner for a new roof
