Shiner replaced our roof in 2001. Called them when a couple of roof tiles came off in 2024. They did not try to sell us a new roof. They diagnosed the problem as stemming from excess heat in attic; installed an attic fan which solved the problem at a fraction of new roof cost. I recommend them highly and without reservation.
