They were flexible in setting up and adjusting dates for the work and showed up as planned and completed the work. Our experience with Shiner was mixed. We arranged for them to replace our roof and siding. The roof work went well. The siding work had challenges. However, Mr. Shiner did deal with the problems personally and ensured that the work was thoroughly completed and that all parties were satisfied.
We apologize for the issues you experienced with your siding project. While we’re glad to hear the roof work went well, we regret that the siding installation did not meet your expectations. Shiner Exteriors is a shining example of how all companies should operate. Our experience in getting a new deck was pleasant from start to finish. Kevin Shiner was closely involved in making sure the project went well. And the construction crew was hard working and very careful in everything it did. We also used the company to do small roof repairs. Again, the company and the crew wanted to please and worked on the project until we were pleased.
