This was a very good experience from start to finish. Ryan was so informative & thorough. The team was so hard working and efficient. They were very respectful and cleaned up very well each day they ended their work. I appreciated the extra attention to detail to make sure all issues were resolved and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. Also everyone was attentive and listened very well and answered any questions no matter how big or small.

We have been in our home 19 years without a roof problem, but that luck ran out in May when a large branch came down and punctured the roof above our kitchen. We do charge a bit more than some other vendors, but that's because our prices include delivery and installation, as well as removal and haul away of the old wood. We believe that our comprehensive service is worth the extra cost. We also appreciate your mention of the little details that we took care of. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and we're glad that you noticed. As for your one caveat, we understand that accidents can happen, even when we take all the necessary precautions.
