Shiner did a great job on our roof! All of our contacts with the company representatives were courteous and helpful. They worked with us on an appropriate delivery time and the crew working on our house did a great job! There was a long wait to actually get on the schedule, but other than that it was a great experience.

This was the most painless home improvement project ever! Ryan was excellent at giving us a detailed estimate. He also debunked some other estimates/information, and took pictures of the crumbling crown on my chimney while he was at it. Also did not pressure us in any way. We were going to wait until spring then they contacted us to offer discount during winter!
