Our experience with Shiner Exteriors was exceptional. They replaced our roof, which was damaged in a hail storm. They coordinated all of the work with us, a public adjuster and the insurance company. We did not have to get involved in any of the details. Because of the insurance claim, the process did take some time to resolve, but Shiner and the adjuster continually updated us on the project.

We previously had Shiner replace the siding on our house and they did such a great job and have been so good when we've had remodeling projects that required siding adjustments that they earned our repeat business. Our shingles were at the end of their lifespan and Shiner came out, inspected the roof, gave us a reasonable quote for replacement with new shingles, and then did the job after we coordinated to temporarily remove some solar panels from a portion of the roof to be re-shingled.
