We had a fantastic experience getting our roof replaced by Shiner. The team went above and beyond what we agreed(installed and connected exhaust vents through the attic). Jack Johnson was great to work with and extremely patient as I took a couple of months to discuss some changes with my HOA. Ryan, Mynor, and Leona were great to work with. They were responsive and paid attention to details. Ryan was the only one of 3 estimators that told me my neighbor’s siding had a hole that allowed water into my attic and that my attic venting was incorrect. His appraisal was thorough and complete with no upselling and I felt I could trust Ryan's judgment. We highly recommend Shiner Roofing. We had 4 estimates and Shiner’s price was in the middle. All the elements of a roof installation were explained but there was no hard sell pressure. We had seen the quality of their work in the neighborhood and knew they had been in business for 40 years. They did a great job of installing the new roof.
