The owner expressed sincere concern and has since visited my home twice to ensure that all issues with the roof are corrected. Shiner did a great job on our roof! All of our contacts with the company representatives were courteous and helpful. They worked with us on an appropriate delivery time and the crew working on our house did a great job! There was a long wait to actually get on the schedule, but other than that it was a great experience.
