During our quotation, we really liked the sales member that helped us by explaining our insurance claim and verified what they were covering. He also worked with us to find something that was in our budget. They did a good job with the installation. I had a few items i wanted them to address after the install and they sent someone out to inspect and correct any issues within a day. Overall we are very happy with our roof and skylights and happy we went with Shiner.
