Great work, tidy, reasonable price and honest about extent of repairs needed.
Shiner workers were highly qualified, performed excellent work, and cleaned up very thoroughly after the job. Supervisor came by a couple of days after the job was finished to inspect their work and make sure I was satisfied. They are not inexpensive, however. I have learned over the years that the cheapest may turn out to be more expensive in the long run.
I recently had roof, gutters, and downspouts put on my house. My sales person, Bill, was great, he walked me through everything, took pictures of my roof to show me, and before he drove off, he had sent me an estimate, unlike another roofing company who tried to hardsell me and did not even go up on the roof.
The men who installed the roof, etc., super nice, friendly, worked hard, protected my deck and front steps, cleaned up superbly, they did an amazing job.

We had a fantastic experience getting our roof replaced by Shiner. The team went above and beyond what we agreed(installed and connected exhaust vents through the attic). Jack Johnson was great to work with and extremely patient as I took a couple of months to discuss some changes with my HOA. He was also spot on about getting my roof replaced - we noticed that some of the boards were in bad shape once they came off.
