Shiner replaced our roof in 2001. Called them when a couple of roof tiles came off in 2024. They did not try to sell us a new roof. They diagnosed the problem as stemming from excess heat in attic; installed an attic fan which solved the problem at a fraction of new roof cost. I recommend them highly and without reservation. Shiner Exteriors replaced my roof last October - less than one year ago. The job seems to have been done nicely until recently - the roof has been leaking, which caused the ceiling to crack and fall, the fallen plaster pieces are all wet. I reached out to Shiner Exteriors office and the project manager who did the job, then followed up several times. No one there took any actions to address the issue. I hope I could give a better review if this company had addressed the issue in a timely manne... Read more

Shiner Exteriors was the easy choice for replacing my roof and gutters after getting estimates from seven companies. The estimator was thorough, knowledgeable, and educated me on what was needed and what my options were but I never felt like he was pushing a sale for unneeded "upgrades".
