Shiner exteriors was very responsive. They quickly sent their man out for an estimate, which was reasonable. They were flexible in setting up and adjusting dates for the work and showed up as planned and completed the work. Additionally, they noticed that I had inadvertently overpaid them and contacted me and promptly issued a refund check for the overpayment. I recommend Shiner as a dependable, reasonable and honest business.
Our experience with Shiner was disappointing. We arranged for them to replace our roof and siding. The roof work went well. The siding work had major problems:
-Shiner didn’t order enough siding, so the team left about 15% of our house with no siding in winter (see photo). It took them over two months to come back and complete the job.
